Changes to our office to protect our patients and team

We have changed some things in our office to keep everyone safe during this time. The first thing you will notice is that we ask you to call our office prior to entry into the building so that we can maintain strict social distancing rules. We also ask that the patient only come into the office. Sorry, no companions at this time so we can limit personal interactions. The patient must wear a mask, will have their temperature taken and asked to sit in a specific chair in the waiting room or be escorted directly to the treatment operatory.

Our office and team members also have a new look. All team member temperatures are taken prior to their shift. We ask all employees to stay home should they or someone in their household be experiencing any symptoms. Our staff has access to face shields, head coverings, disposable gowns and N95 respirator masks.

In June, prior to reopening, we installed a REME-HALO Air Purification System. The main advantage is that REME-HALO does not need the pollutants to travel to the air handler for UV treatment or filtration. REME-HALO is proactive and sends ionized aggressive advanced oxidizers into the room to destroy the pollutants at the source, in the air and on surfaces, before they can reach you. REME-HALO is designed to eliminate sick building syndrome risks by neutralizing odors, particular, air pollutants, chemical odors, smoke, mold, bacteria and viruses.
